Congrats to Evolution, can't wait to play it, itching for a racer right now.
Award comes from PSU, but I think it's still significant because it beat out Project Cars which also looks really good.

It was at e3 just not in sonys conference.

It was a big mistake for Sony not to show it during their conference. They should've shown of gameplay with all the weather effects that Evolution mentioned earlier.
