Unless this was the very, very, very, very beginning stages of development. That seriously looks like it could be in Jak 3 as an unlockable character or something

When the game was first revealed, yes it did look like this. It also improved significantly before release. What's funny is that many critics thought the first Uncharted trailer was BS. XD
