Even after factoring how badly the unemployment and the general economic situation is in Spain? The other countries you listed are doing better, especially the UK and Germany.

Actually, the Wii U has been doing better than the X1 in mainland Europe for quite some time, according to VGC of course.

It says more about how badly Xbox is selling than how well the others are, though.

Do Sony offer the same option everywhere?

Not that I am interested in such a thing, but I remember when i purchased a PS1 and some games in the UK and it was like £300 I had it on store finance - so probably similar... they dont really do that kind of thing much in the UK anymore.
