I wish people would stop thinking that this game is 100% will be using the Car system on the whole game.... They had two options for modes on the demo, one mode (the Bowser one) showed them in the car while the other option didn't have the car in it. with that, I am lead to believe the car system will be used for some modes but the main game will have the tradition mode where people are moving individually across the board like it always was.

Really?! I might give this game a chance after all since the mini games look fun!

The car is simply needed for the Bowser mode since it's Bowser against the rest and not player vs player. You need a mechanic like that car to make that idea work.

In any case it seems Nintendo switched that option back in like most requested :).

No. The last one I bought was MP8 and was already bad (compared to other MP's).
The last good one was MP5 on GameCube with MP3 and the original one being the best of the series.
