Has to be the Nintendo Treehouse in my opinion.

I think it's because it's live, because it's pretty much unscripted and because everyone I've seen on it has clearly been having a whale of a time. I'm really enjoying getting an insight into who it is who localises all the games I love so much and seeing some of the process going into it. There was a great little moment in the 3DS Smash bit where they saw a move with an almost risque name and it was like, 'oh, Ass Blast (or whatever it was}, we should probably change that'.

It's also giving us so much information on the game there, as it's happening rather than waiting for previews from the press. And because it starts shortly after I get home from work, I've been getting home, sticking it on the Wii U browser and half watching it, half cooking, half washing up etc all evening. Lovely.

I genuinely think that Sony and Microsoft will both have their own version of this next year.

Anyone else in love with the Treehouse? What else are people enjoying this E3?

That 40 minute Xenoblade X gameplay. So good.

Jesus, this is just wonderful.  I'm watching the treehouse, I'm playing mario Kart 8, I'm surfing the web, I'm just enjoying this whole treehouse event.  I like watching the tree house members talk about what it's like at Nintendo, I enjoy all the way they're explaining the games.  This is unscripted, this is live, this is real.

Next year I am making this my christmas.  I'm calling out of work, I'm popping some corn and just watching this all day.  It feels like I'm actually there.

Sony and Microsoft are gonna pull a Kinect and Move and doing the same thing one of these years.

I'm with you all the way on gamer Christmas. Gonna send the baby to the grandparents for the week!

I honestly want Sony and MS to do this next year; then I can have 3 streams going at once, with 2 on mute and ooick the audio for the one that appeals most.

Mario Party 10. As Bowser, she goes into debug mode to get crazy amount of dice spaces and cheats. Treehouse is great.

Truly gamer Christmas.

My biggest suprise was No Man's Sky on Sonys show. Maybe a indie by some but still beautiful , love that such small team can kill most AAA titles.

Havent seen Nintendo so maybe there was something better there

I liked the Zelda U art style and the whole robot chicken digital event thing more but I think in the future, The Treehouse should be Mandatory in all e3s cause that shit is awesome

This is the same thing from the last gen, minus the mass appeal from the previous Nintendo offering. Something my niece would play but not at all something me and my money would spend on playing games for myself.

I see it time and time again. Families buy the Nintendo console. Gamer's with money buy and HD console for newer adult stuff and possibly a Nintendo console for the games they loved as a child. I don't like to harp on the meme that Nintendo only caters to children, but it seems beyond opinion that Nintendo is family friendly oriented while the other consoles seems to have a wider audience, both family games (even if they are not 'as good as nintendo') as well as adult specific (tits and death).

I really don't know how else to put it. Nintendo seems to be nothing more than nostalgia and younger audiences. And yes I consider fathers and mothers playing with their kids as a younger audience.
