I wont be surprised if it does cuz mostly alot of multiplatform games do. Uncharted is going head to head with alot of big titles next year.

Uncharted

halo 5

tomb raider

the division

the witcher 3

Mortal Kombat x

jesus!!!!

Uncharted 3 went head to head with Skyrim and Call of Duty. Uncharted 4 will do just fine.

I did not say it wasen't.

Plus all these games i listed are way bigger than skyrim and COD is going to die slowly. COD: AW can change that but we will see. Ghosts was a failure IMO.

It's obvious that both consoles will do pretty well. Even if I predict the PS4 will do better, both companies will do ok. Whoever says the PS4/X1 game selection is stale and poor is only lying to himself (or herself).

One too many stupid customers come into my work selling back their Xbox One or PS4........already. I'm like "It hasn't even been a year yet". They give me some really lame thought like "It just doesn't have enough games" and I just fight back the urge to yell at them. There are more big name games on these consoles than any other generation. The only real difference is that we do not have Backwards Compatibility to pad out the early years. Not that that should even matter that much because so many games are multiplatform across both generations anyway.

I've never seen consumers so hard set on not being satisfied. Wolfenstein came out, they bought it, beat it in 2 days, come to sell it back, wine about no games. Week later Watch Dogs comes out, they beat it in 3 days then commence the whining again. Any game can techically be beaten in a day or so, that doesn't mean there isn't more to be had there. Its like ppl do the main missions and call it a day, then whine it was too short. These games have side missions and multiplayer modes to keep u busy for months but all anyone seems to want is the clipnotes of the game, then move to the next big thing.

What kind of gamer life is that to live?

The first thought that comes to my mind is that some gamers nowadays don't know how to fully appreciate a good game. What kind of gamer life is that? Good question. While I'm sure they have their reasons, it's baffling on how superficial their behavior is. They don't have patience to wait for games, they want to speed run every game that go through their hands, they get bored quickly... that's not life. The term "ADD generation" comes to mind, but I wouldn't like to refer to them that way.

Impressively close contest for offerings on each console. Ps4 and XBO line up very similarly.

You forgot Farcry 4 for ps4 for (that was a lot of "for's"/4s) exclusive content.
Think u also forgot to list dead rising 3 DLC for XBO for 2014 list.

Adding Farcry 4 for PS4 exclusive content

Didn't put Dead Rising 3 on there because the game itself is already exclusive to XBO(for now)

I said the DLC tho. You put the infamous first light DLC in the same category for ps4...

The Infamous DLC is a standalone game within itself. Just like Infamous: Festival of Blood or GTAIV:LIberty City Stories.

They are the reason games are getting shorter. ADD Generation sounds appropriate.

While I think Mortal Kombat is an excellent game it DOES NOT hold a candle compared to ANY of the other games you mentioned and thus needs to be taken out of the equation in my opinion lol.

It burns me up, because indie games helped cement the idea that I wanted to jump on the PS4. Child of Light, Transistor, Don't Starve, Resogun, Doki Doki Universe, and Outlast really help sell it for me.
