Forums - Nintendo - Zelda and Xenoblade U- Not what you were expecting or wanted? Or excellent?

Zelda-had no idea what we would get, but what i saw was glorious

Xenoblade Chronicles X-I don't give a crap how the characters look, still the sequel to the best 7th gen game

The character models weren't great on X admittedly. However, I'm not sure I could really care less about that. Just hopefully the game is good and a worthy follow-up to Xenoblade: Chronicles.

I won't hear a bad word against Zelda. I'm delighted that they have opted to not go with a "gritty" style. There will be hundreds of games released in 2015 that will be have a "gritty" style but only one with Zelda's style.

Zelda is really pretty. We'll see if the game-play remains strong with it changing to open-world, though it would surprise me if it did not.

Xenoblade combat doesn't really excite me. If I had a Wii U, I would probably get it eventually but I certainly won't buy a Wii U for it.

They're demoing X now, live. It's fricking gorgeous. Epic.
