Forums - Gaming - Sony's E3 show seemed to be what some people hate about MS.

I don't see what the argument here is... Sony showed more exclusives and a lot multiplats with exclusive content and also announced a new device for the States (Playstation TV) and a new bundle for the PS4 (Destiny,White PS4).Ms showed a few exclusives and a lot of multiplats some without any exclusive content(Most was just timed exclusives).

I think Sony won this E3 so far (because Nintendo hasn't gone yet) hands down.

The argument is that somehow if services you don't care about (mostly because you will never own a Playstation)  are being announced then that means somehow it negates everything else that happened

And it wasn't an announcement of services like "you can plug your TV box into your PS4 (instead of you freakin TV) to watch TV with "Snap"". Things we don't care for. It was PS4 remote play, PS Now compatibility, and a Roku all in one. You won't even need a Sony TV for PS Now....now. You can get a PS TV and convert any TV into a PS1/2/3 and 4 if you have one for remote play.

games
tv,tv,tv,tv.
games.

so, sony is not what they used to say "only games"

microsoft got this one....dont get me wrong the both showed exclusives that sparked my interest like halo,uncharted4, bloodbourne, phantomdust, sunset overdrive, order 1886, no mans land, crackdown, abzu, ori and the blind forest. I think microsoft stuck to what they wanted and that was games. Sony started ok then got slow and then got great.

Yeah I think people just cant comprehend or process all that was shown through out the confrence becuase there honestly was a lot exclusive content and games shown and announced. Also I think people dwell way too much on the few negatives from the confrence and fail to release that there was a lot of cool stuff shown even during that slow part in the middle (Vita TV was announced for the states!!!)

           Survivor Millennial vs Gen X!!

As a Nintendo fan looking in, MS imo had the better press conference. It could be argued that the software is pretty equal, but in terms of press conference, MS was clearly better. Sony's came off rather boring more than once.

The only thing we can say with confidence is that anyone who thinks either company annihilated, beat hands-down, smashed, destroyed or in any other way oblierated the other - was not paying attention.

I guess you didn't pay attention to Songs conference then

I'll just shut up, as I didn't realize Songs was even at E3

starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS

The Microsoft press conference was definitely better paced than the Sony one, but I do not think they spent to long on the non gaming content.

Microsoft beat Sony in terms of big exclusive games announcements

Sony beat Microsoft in terms of indie games, backwards compatibility through PlayStation now and the Vita tv and bonus mulch-platform content/timing.

I think Sony should have shown more of the unannounced games their studios are working on but since the games may not be ready for showing.

Also Sony can afford to hold more of its content back for later reveals.

Halo will move more X1's than Destiny will for PS4 as will the price-cut.

Devoid of facts? You missed the 2014 part, which was the point of his post, before replying. Facs are useless if you don't even bother to read friend.

Halo remakes?? LMAo no, 300 x1 wont make much different, ps4 still easily outsells x1 please.

Umm he said sony has 1 game for 2014......Thast BS, and I posted why. Read again. Do you read hypocrite? I showed why his 2014 comment was BS.

300 X1's? You are indeed in way too deep if you think that's all that will move. Also in the 2014 reply you made mention of games from 2015.... It's on this page, just simply scroll up and read your own reply... Wow. You even corrected yourself afterwards with the "tie" comment. Going back on yourself again? Hilarious.

This guy is a prime example of why I'm no longer frequent on these forums. 300 Xbox One's that have the Halo collection that launches November 11th with a $399 Xone during holiday season? I'll take that bet. Loser leaves the site forever. You in? Put your money where your mouth is.

Pretty much liked i predicted and said.
CGI - Check
Multiplatforms - check

They spend more time talking about tv.
Microsoft would have been chewed if it had done the same.
Both had good conferences but what i hated from microsoft was the conker trolling and from sony i hated that CGI uncharted video.

Imagine if MS spent 20 minutes talking about Kinect.

I've been lead to believe Sony is all about 1st party, new IPs, and true exclusives. Little of that was to be found.

Quite honestly, Sony got me pretty excited about upcoming games I can play on X1 and/or PC.

Yep, its better just to drop it cuz these guys will never stop. I find it hilarious how the time sony spent on tv isn't a big deal. Now if it was microsoft....on boy!

Sony Multiplatform games at E3:

far cry 4

destiny

battlefield hardline

dead island 2

no man sky (timed)

mortal kombat x

Metal Gear Solid 5

GTA 5 port

Batman: Arkham Knight

Microsoft Multiplatform games at E3:
COD: Advanced Warfare

evolve

Assassins Creed

The Witcher 3

Dragon age

Rise of the tomb raider

The Division

I might have missed some...?

Apparently my sony phone doesn't recognize the word sony and instead corrects it to Songs. Ironic
