Resistance 2 had 8 player co-op and it was easily one of the best co-op experiences ever in gaming. Hopefully Insomniac can deliver the same level of quality with this as well.

It does. Honestly, zombie horde single-player does nothing at all for me but 8 player co-op sounds like a blast, especially with all those crazy weapons. It will be interesting to see if the frame rate holds up.
