I think its been canceled long ago, the game is something else enterely now, has another name and only used some of the original The Last Guardian ideas.

Now if this is true and Sony Japan doesnt reveal any game on this E3 Sony will have one of the worst E3s ever, we gona get gameplay from the Order and Driveclub (2 games we already know about 1 of wich was delayed to next year), probably gona see a Project Beasts teaser and end of E3 for Sony, not exactly a good showing.
