Exactly that. 1080p, some better textures and AA aren't worth replaying it. Despite that, like TR, it won't be much better graphically (the comparison trailler made by Square were fake. Their "PS3" version was strangely way uglier than the game on my PS3).



Bet with jetforcejiminy: PS4 will pass the Wii lifetime numbers.

The next gen GTA is a no brainer. Ports are peanuts cheap compared to producing a new title, it's basically printing money. RDR is 2015 material but we may get a tease at e3.

A solid 60 fps would probably the most welcome improvement, GTA V framerate could really drop to uncomfortable levels sometimes.

i will honestly be surprised if it doesn't get a next gen port. a million a system ssems like a very conservative number that would make a port fairly easy money.

Well sure that would be great. But I doubt they would be working on 2 games at the same time.

Well Rockstar North makes the GTA games, and Rockstar San Diego makes the Read Dead and Midnight Club games.

Rockstar North might only be working on 1 game, but Rockstar as a whole are working on at least 2 titles at the moment.

Don't they collab on them as well though?

Rockstar has 900+ employees spread across 8 studios currently, 3 of which I would consider main Rockstar Studios, the other 5 mainly do collaborations and ports. 

As of right now, it looks like Rockstar North is possibly doing Agent + GTA V DLC, Rockstar San Diego is probably doing Red Dead 3, and Rockstar Toronto may be doing Bully 2. The other 5 are likely handling content creation for GTA Online (and maintaining it's servers), the ports of GTA V for next-gen and PC (and possibly the rumored RDR PC port), and collaborating with the main 3 studios on their new games.


I would love a bully2.

GTA V on next gen is a given for me. That's why I haven't bought it on PS3.



Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
