LOL. Microsoft only "reversed" the "Always-Online DRM" & the "No Used Games" policies of theirs because of the Xbox One's low pre-orders, & are only bringing out the Kinectless Xbox One SKU & are taking most stuff off of the paywall because they were getting their asses kicked by Sony in sales.
They weren't doing this for the fans, & you're very gullible to think so. If Microsoft gets back on top, who's to say that they won't bring back the same shit that they did earlier?

Numbers were very similar in the previous week though. |
Sales in mainland Europe have been low because they don't like the current price and the library thus far is not compelling for this region and the games that have arrived can be bought either in superior versions of PS4 or are likely picked up by owners of 7th gen machines since most multiplats are still cross-gen efforts. Kinect has also been blocking out sales, it has become a burden rather than a selling point and only serves to jack up the price. My point is that seeing a drop at this time is not shocking in the least. Besides, from where I'm sitting, I can only find numbers suggesting the One did about 11-12k in the last two weeks before this, that's a 55-60% drop and a huge one so saying the numbers were "very similar" is an exaggeration. The announcement clearly had a massive effect here.
Kinect was sabotaging the entire product; things should start looking up now that they made it optional, it's probably the best move they ever made with the One since they conceived it.
Enough of the 13 vs 72. Ms didn't release before because they knew it wouldn't help much.
What excuse on localization can you use for releasing in México and Spain but not in the rest of latin america? If you answer accent I hope you believe ms made package to recognize all the states. Diferent accent because it probably vary more than the spanish in each latin america. Or why release in Brazil but not Portugal and Guiné. Launch in france and germany but not netherlands, austria and switzerland. Or launch in new zealand but not Singapore, Hong Kong and india.
All consoles have had stacked launches in the past and we didn't attribute it to having launched in few markets. Or would Wii have sold more if released in 200 countries? PS2? Sold more on Japan launch (2 months after release) than x1 in 13 countries have been doing.

Well it's in less countries in EU so that doesn't help.

PS4 has Greenland on lockdown still?!?!?! |
Lmao that poll is a joke, I remember you could write any country you want into your hashtag and it would count as a point towards it.

UK sales are included in those numbers. I am excluding them. The Xbox one has been selling about 5k per week for a while now.

Again, it's available everywhere in Europe and even if it weren't the extra 10-20% of sales it would get would still bring sales to a grand total of 5,300 units or something like that.

Well if that's the case MS is in trouble.
Why do people keep bringing up other countries in which Xbox One wasn't released in? Why do you think Microsoft launched Xbox One in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, UK, and USA first?
Because those are Microsoft's strongest markets in which people buy Xbox consoles.
Even if they were to release it in other countries, it's not gonna matter one bit, as most of those would always pick up a PS console.
