At Current exchange that's £25 mil. Not bad at all. I think there will actually be more signings of players moving from mainland Europe to UK this transfer period because of current exchange rate. I know this isn't an example of that but eitherway...

My brother has a good idea who to make things fair(er) at least and that's wage caps. Much like how NBA does it, it's works well there.

Now you may say that it would be unfair because not all teams are equal, some play in more competitions or are in different league but this can be sorts be differing wages caps based on what they are in. So Premier league would be 50mil, then they get an extra 10mil if they are in champions league or something like that to compensate for the fact they may need a slightly bigger squad. But it means that is a team want to have 1 Ronaldo costing 10 mil a year, they are a bit screwed as the rest of their team is made up from the other 40mil, all 25 or more of them.

50mil is an example, no idea of the actual wage bills of some of these football clubs.

Bayern is the only top club that has no problem with financial fair play, they use the money they make.  not like many other top clubs that get a lot of investor money and/or have huge debt. they make a profit allmost every season...
