Chelsea winning the league and Manchester United finishing top 4. Who saw that coming? ;)

Chelsea winning the league? I think most people said they were the favourites before the season started. The other one however did have some doubts.

Yeah, I know. I'm not bragging I'm saying that it was predictable. Even though a lot of people doubted United.

Utd had slip ups last season but the main issue last season was also that other teams were doing a lot better, this season teams aren't as consistant. As indicated by the stat that by mid December Moyes had more points that Van Gaal is evident of this. Man U are playing like they should when they didn't last season, I think the mentality of not playing under Fergerson got to some players and they didn't perform considering the players that are doing well this season are the players Moyes signed.

Hmm, pie.

Mata and Herrera have been one of the best United players this year, and yet they don't get called up for the national team.. I don't see them get called up anytime soon either! smh

Clearly Moyes was out of his league at a top club.. Just look how he bumbled and stumbled in the interview.. last year when they lost he said something like: the level of City is what we must strive for.." While van Gaal said "Its 3 points" or look at his awful, awfull tactics with no hope of improving. His insecurity relected on the team.. van Gaal had a plan, it took time before they got it, had too many injuries and now you see what that team can do..

I wouldn't substitute Mata for Isco or David Silva.. and while Xavi and Iniesta aren't in their prime anymore I wouldn't rate Herrara over Fabergas, Busquets, Koke..

Mata and Herrera have been in a much better form than many of those players though. I'm not saying this because I'm an United fan, but because it's true.. Out of the players listed I only consider Isco and Koke to be in a good enough form!

Klopp rumoured to be leaving Dortmund at the end of the season and could be in line for the City job.

Would love to get Klopp. Considering lately it has sounded like Benitez could it get the job and I don't rate him as a manager at all I think this could be great news

Would be interesting to see Klopp at City.. Klopp is about building teams with unknown players not managing superstars.. I hope City will see next year as a rebuilding year and give Klopp time to get rid of some players, bring in some fresh young players and build a team..
