I would use the following 11:

Neuer

Lahm, Boateng, Mertesacker, Höwedes (or Großkreutz)

Schweinsteiger, Kroos

Müller, Götze, Schürrle

Klose

Khedira isn't in good shape and Özil needs a signal that he has to show more, we need a brilliant Özil against France. Lahm should be right defender again.

Lahm will never ever play defense anymore. Because he's an asshole and hates a successful team.

Not any particular reason for it to happen though, specially today. Algeria is vastly inferior technically and the weather is cool. Yeah the antagonizing crowd is a minus for Germany, but it's nothing the players haven't faced before.
