Kow is right, Robben has a long history of diving.
What would REALLY progress the game, would be a post-match panel who goes through the game and picks out incidents of simulation that the ref/ linesmen either miss or ignore.
Caught once? Warning. Caught twice? Ban.
After goal line tech, I think its the next advancement.

nonsense, Robben exaggerated his fall, but it was a poor challenge in the wrong place. Definite penalty regardless to how many oscars were earned.
