If people were chanting "you have a small dick" to an East Asian it would probably be seen as racist. I'm not sure if there's a stereotype that Black people have large ones.

The difference is that having a 'small dick' in an insult and is abuse. The opposite is usually a compliment.

Exactly. It may still be a stereotype but you'd be hard pressed to find a guy that turns around and says "no I don't"

Indeed, as a black guy myself we get it a lot but you'd be hard pressed to find someone that doesn't like that people assume you're packing. It's just some people can get really obsessive with finding out which is a massive turn off.
