Phew. I'm glad I haven't been filled with that cynicism. I've enjoyed watching Copa and some of Euro. :-/

Unfortunately I agree. And that's not to say that those 4-5 teams play amazingly well, they are just "good". The rest is average or bad. It's becoming harder to watch football...

Because most teams are painful to watch. In order to get better most of them took the the fast and easy path of sacrificing attack to not take risks, so what we have now is 50 shades of Italy.

Had to tell a guy in the pizza place last night I was Irish 3 times and show him my scarf before he would stop going on about you lot. Took a liking to me after that.

Win it or lose it. It'll be Roy's last attempt. It has to be as the team is getting new young blood so should the managerial position. Plus some of the choices of players were questionable. I wanted Antonio to go, he scored 8 from basically half a season, him and Vardy together running at defences would have been great to see.
