West Ham's penalty was never a penalty, that shit happens with every free kick and corner kick crossed into the box
Then in the 89th minute West Ham's Ogbonna makes an obvious foul, no penalty given
Then in the 94th minute Carroll does absolutely nothing and a penalty is given to Leicester
