As we all know at the moment the Wii U sales aren't as good as nintendo wanted.

Whatever the reason may be - 3rd party support the confusing name or any other reason

This is the place where Nintendo company is right now.

They might eventually reach second place this time but they can definitely be with their next console number 1.

I believe that with the rIght decisions Nintendo can become the king of consoles again.

They were number 1 -  with Nintendo Super Nintendo and last gen with the Wii.

What do you think Nintendo should do in their new console to become number 1 again?

Give some ideas.

Maybe they should finally name their next console something epic like Nintendo Revolution instead of just nonsense like WiiU.. I love it but still cringe on the name to this day

if they make it more powerful than ps5/xtwo....and still cheaper....and games........WIN.

Revolution was supposed to be the name of one of their consoles.

That was the original name of the Game Cube i think.

Not a bad name at all.

It's about time Nintendo will make a revolution :)

The last time they were indisputable King was nes and begging of 7th gen. Snes passed genesis when the other gen had already started, but never trully dominated. The only true King in home consoles is Sony even tough they were sloppy in 7th gen they are in track to pass Wii in total sw sold, and x360 is leading.

Now on handheld they are indisputable kings even with 3ds underperforming and sony doing good on Japan.

I think for their next console

Nintendo should start working on more mature image.

They should with continue with their great Mario games but also more mature games such as

Metroid HD

StarFox

F-Zero

These games and other more mature games combined with mario and all the other platformers

Could give Nintendo a great combination of games.
