Yokai Watch didn't fail, just your high expections again and it might already even be over 1mil with digital sales so another fail :-/

Or "new PS2 era!!!!!!!!!" I can't believe that people actually expected any console to do well in Japan this gen.
Poor ps4, but it can do more than that without games. It will be topped by wii u in the coming weeks which is a little sad.

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

2015 is next year - that's not a very long time. The reality is that the longevity of the PS3 in Japan is hurting the PS4. For example, Tales and Persona 5 are heading to the PS3. Similarly PS4 will have a long life in Japan.

Not disagreeing with this at all, but WiiU fill further the gap between them starting in either a week or 2. That will make ps4 need a much bigger impact to catch up to wiiu sales. Imo i dont even think 2015 ps4 will catch up, but its definitely not impossible

it is a fail(your expectations), it was doing on avg 25k-35k a week before Golden Week), sometimes over. Its a game that has HUGE LEGS, yet its a fail cuz it sold 26k/30k this week (its been on the market for almost a year)? 99% of Games wish they had half of wat YW is currently doing weekly after on the market for a month.
This is why your being very unreasonable, its a new IP.
Also even if its selling less (which its not), you get a free copy with a 3ds LL. Thats why i said sales should easily be over 1mil now.

I never said it was a fail. You just like to put those words in my mouth.
You also never answered my question. Does Famitsu track digital downloads or not? Do you not know?
I expect the PS4 dropping below Wii U numbers from here on out once Maro Kart 8 hit.
