Have you ever played Crisis Core?

Yeah, but that's a spin-off. This is a numbered entry we're talking about. Well if it does play like Crisis Core, I think that would be much closer to what FF should be like. Right now, it looks like Kingdom Hearts with a new skin. I really can't tell without a HUD to help me guess how the game works.

Yeah, seems like a straight up action RPG. I still want to see the full HUD, which I'm sure there's more. What I want is not for this game to feel like a KH clone, that's all.

It looks like Final "May Cry" Fantasy XV. I think they will replace much of the CGs they were showing with in engine graphics, just to fit the game on one blu-ray disc.

Considering FFXIII has been their punch bag and FFXV their saviour for the past 5 years, I don't see them changing their minds now. They'll pretend to like it if need be.

Anyway, I thought the gameplay footage looked rather poor, like it was a low budget hack and slash game. Seemingly no real balance, jerky animations, dumb scripted events. I really hope it plays better than it looks, or that things improve between now and release.

Now I am really worried about this game

Not really liking the gameplay (feels so automatic) and the characters aren't my cup of tea so far, but will end up playing it anyway.

Yeah, no. Still not excited. Looks too much like an action game. I want a FF i can enjoy the way i enjoyed the first ten. Laid back on the couch, falling asleep during a battle and missing out on nothing.
