The Castlevania franchise as a whole has been hit or miss before all the exploration Castlevania's from IGA, and even then the quality started to go down after Dawn of Souls until we started seeing garbage like Curse of Darkness, Order of Shadows, Order of Ecclesia, Judgment, and Harmony of Despair. 

Each game in  the Lords of Shadow franchise was good.  Three consistently great releases.  We've just got people blindly bashing Lords of Shadow because it's by a different developer.  Do these people forget that IGA literally drove the series into the ground with the most recent releases?   

I want to see some Beyond Good and Evil 2.

And the only new AAA game from Sony is God of War 4 out of all things? That seems even less likely.

Shard of nightmare? That doesn't sound Zeldaish for some reason.

Total fake, especially shard of nightmare and xenogears, for obvious reasons.

COD first party on Xbone... Man, they didn't even really try.

Couldn't xenogears origins be the final name of "X"? I haven't played the series at all and could easily be confusing IPs, but why not?

Xenoblade is the IP that Nintendo owns and was the game made for Wii, Xenogears is a series of games made by Monolith when Square Enix was publishing and the IP is owned by Square Enix.  Unless Nintendo worked out a deal with Square Enix they would not be able to have Monolith make a Xenogears game.
