No shit.  I know this... other people seemed to think that wouldn't happen.

Some people think that Nintendo selling so little WiiU's is happening on purpose and a part of their strategy. doesnt mean i should care about what these people have to say

Happy to see Bound by Flame PS4 charting so high! Hopefully it's at least a moderate success for Spiders.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

That's... a really decent result by Bound by Flame. Especially surprising considering the complete lack of last-gen versions in the chart.

Just one of those cases of being the right game at the right time. The first WRPG on the system probably helped to give it a push. I expect it to drop a lot next week, but I also suspect that such a high charting position is a pretty good success for a relatively small pub like Focus Home Interactive.

Also, God of War Collection Vita!? That one surprised me. Guess brand name will do that, even on struggling Vita and a fairly iffy port. I think ioi will do one of those things with this. Either he'll add the sales of this version onto the PS3 version (like he did with the Jak & Daxter Collection) or he'll ignore it altogether (like he did with the Sly Cooper Collection). Le sigh.

Also, Minecraft is a beast. Next week will be fun with the PS3 version releasing. Although I don't expect it to do such epic numbers (less PS3 dominance in the UK; coming out a bit too late etc.) I reckon it's going to be quite a steady performer too. I'd certainly be buying it if I wasn't intending on getting the Vita version.

Still it is pretty amazing what it has been able to do.

It is and it will dominate the charts for a long time when the version for other consoles will release at retail. Well, except maybe some weeks after a new CoD or Fifa release...

If Minecraft 360 is already beasting, what will 360+PS3+PS4+Vita+One do lol.

So awesome to see a vita game charting. Yes, it might be 5 copies, but still. We'll take it. Though it's funny how a game like Virtua Tennis 4 charted higher and appeared on the charts a few times. Still, better than nothing :)

Good to see Bound by Flames not being a complete flop. It would probably be the second game I buy for ps4 (first being Knack).

The success of Minecraft never ceases to amaze me.

I know Bound by Flame is not a quality title, or one with a marketing budget, but a PS4 version charting fairly high, with last-gen not charting at all (which means less than 1.000 sold) could perhaps send a signal to developers to stop publishing cross-gen titles.
I suspect the next such title - Murdered: Soul Suspect will suffer a similar fate.

Other than EA Sports and CoD, I believe cross-gen is a financial bust.

I went to mediamarkt yesterday when i bought my wii U and i noticed that Bound by flame PS4 was almost sold out. There was only 1 copy left. I was impressed. There sure is a rush to get PS4 titles, despite the quality. Theres a voracious hunger for software wich i canunderstand, but doesnt lead me to buy games i dont think are worth it. >.<

I think its that time of the generation when whatever gets released sells and spiders just profited from beeing there at this time. I am sure the game will sell well and they will be able to make better games in the future because of it.

Bundles are tracked.

Hardware for PS4 and ONE will be down this week by a fair bit I reckon.

Yet more proof that this continued momentum throughout the year that people talk of is nonsense.

sales go down during the summer, who would have figured?

Us simple folk don't know that. Some priviliged ones have exclusive access to that information.
