The franchise isn't nearly as big outside of Japan. With release outside of Japan, total sales could make it to 6M comfortably perhaps. 10M is too high.

I think its highly unlikely. I'm sure Capcom will be quick to release Monster Hunter 5 and the sales momentum of MH4 will then drop like a rock. Should be able to pass 5m though with western sales and some additional Japanese sales.

Don't worry, I personally never expect Monster Hunter 4 to ever hit 10 million, but definitely more then 6 milli as far as I'm personally concern. Probably 7 million, but we see in due time.

Nope, this is officially a Stereoscopic 3D exclusive.

If it wasn't for the 3DS doing 3D, this game would have been a Duo-Screen exclusive instead, which would make it also available on Wii U.

RE:Revelations was a stereoscopic 3D exclusive and you can buy it for Wii U, PS3 and X360. I can't see any problem for not releasinf for Wii U

But this is not Resident Evil. And there's no longer a PS3 nor 360 as current systems to justify porting any new 3DS games to all home consoles, because both Sony & Microsoft shot themselves in the foot when they released the PS4 & X1 which means no more ports to Home Consoles.
