i dont care for collectables. i am hoping for a 14-16 hour story mode. if its 16 hours long i can see my self paying 16 bucks for it. specially that lately i been aching for a 3rd person shooter. (seriously, this year has been so lacking on that genre).  id be dissapointed if its less than 12 hours. though i got a feeling its gonna be 8-9 hours long.

Aren't 'bucks' dollars? 16 bucks? Or did you mean 60?

lol i mean 60 xD

Time to accept that this game will do poorly critically

most likely, but its not like reviewers now days have any sort of standard to their reviews.

Personally, I think Edge do.  They give games the scores they deserve generally, and don't give them good scores because they have a big name.  Unity got a 5 and a scathing review in the last issue for example.

Internet only reviewers are another matter of course

not that i agree (or disagree) about edge being good or not. but when you have sites like quarter to three being used in metacritic you know that there is no standard for quality, not that its set low, no, it doesnt exist.  and thus the entire point of metacritic is meaningless, since its a collection of popular sites, not quality ones.

Edge also gave both GOW PSP games lower scores than most outlets

COO had 91 meta, Edge gave it a 7 (it's its only yellow score on metacritic)

They also gave RAD's Daxter a 7

Edge gives 10s to Nintendo and Rockstar and care about nothing else. A poor or average score from them is a good sign in my book.

Perhaps.  I have a problem with the fact that metacritic weighs different sites based on I don't know what, which I don't agree with either.

I still believe that metacritic overall gives a decent idea of a game's quality, as long as that game is either really bad, or really good.  Sonic Boom compared to Bayoentta 2 for example.  I think it is in the middle where it gets murky.  One game has it's scores reduced because of bugs, the next one doesn't. There is very little consistency.

With The Order, the game still interests me, but not as much as it used to.  I like the graphical quality, the art style, the music, some of the weapons look cool, and these werewolf/half-breed creatures are possibly interesting.  But when almost all previews are negative, it is hard to remain optimistic.

IGN, Game Informer and Gametrailers liked it after PSX. As did most people who played the new demo at the event. In fact it was GT's #2 most anticipated PS4 game of 2015 after PSX
