PlayStation Plus prices in South Africa and Russia are going to be adjusted as of October 1st. 1y in the EU is €49.99 and in NA it's $49.99. Comparisons:

South Africa prices compared to EU/NA prices:
1 Rand = ~€0.07/~$0.09
Old price: 489 Rand = €34.42/$43.32
New price: 749 Rand = €52.73/$66.36

Russian prices compared to EU/NA prices:
1 Ruble = ~€0.02/~$0.03
Old price: 1950 RUR = €39.07/$49.22
New price: 2399 RUR = €48.07/$60.55

Conclusions:

• When we compare South Africa's prices, they used to pay €15.57/$6.67 less for 1 year of PS+. Now they're going to pay €2.74/$16.37 more.
• When we compare Russia's prices, they used to pay €10.92/$0.77 less for 1 year of PS+. Now they're going to pay €1.92 less/$10.56 more.
