But it was requested by pezus; the creator of the thread before he left.

Moreover, who would be able to update his thread? It just made much more sense to start afresh (which is probably good for everyone).

checking the first op, it reminded me..

any non-fan of racing games actually getting interested in DriveClub? I know I am.. Mainly because of the challenges and clubs. Generally racing games just bore me unless they are "crazy" (Road Rash, Motorstorm, etc) because it's too much about "just reaching the finish line". These social features should introduce nice variation. Kinda like the idea behind Killzone's Warzone modes, constantly switching objectives.

Plus, it looks gorgeous :O
