im really surprised with TLoU:R sales. 800k in just 2 weeks?  i think it will certainly do 2 million at retail alone now. maybe 3? not sure. i think the chances of TLoU and TLoU:R shipping + digital sales being 10 million now can be a reality. insane, simply insane.

I think it can be almost taken as a given now, if those sales for the Remastered version are to be believed then we can assume that the game has already shipped (way) over 8 million units, TLOU:R remaster will easily reach 1.5 million on its own, probably more and then I'd guess that Sony will at some point, maybe this year already put the game in a holiday/Black Friday bundle or something, so that could add another million easily.

Now if only the PS3 version of the game would be adjusted.

10m is a lock. A game this good will have long legs. Absolutely incredible for a new IP released right before next gen consoles.

I'm sure TLoU: R is at 1m+ now with digital and next week of numbers included. It should reach 3m for sure. Remember, PS4 is just getting started and since this is GOT2G it will sell for a long time.

Interesting survey (1200 people): 31% of American PS4 owners didn't own a PS3 but did own a Wii or Xbox 360. 17% of American PS4 owners didn't even own a console last generation. So 48% of American PS4 owners didn't own a PS3 at all.
