GG said they wouldn't be at E3, however, I'm wondering whether devs are saying this, to simply make reveals that much more of a surprise (at E3). I would think Sony would want their devs keeping things under wraps, right? Nothing worse than the entire E3 presentation being leaked, imo. It gets so annoying.

If they follow through and aren't at E3 that will suck. Media Molecule, GG, and probably SSM all won't be there. Also SP just released Infamous so I doubt they'll have anything announce, maybe DLC.

Well, even if they aren't there, there's still a major chunk of Sony internal devs who're supposedly working on PS4 games, that haven't been revealed yet.

I'm confident Sony will deliver, but it does suck that we'll probably have to wait a year to see more of what these studios are showing.

i wouldn't go that far, remember there's still Gamescom and TGS, the latter being a typically big deal for Sony as it's their home turf. Just because it's not being shown at E3, really doesn't mean much about the rest of the year, imo. Of course, what MS shows at E3, will also determine what Sony does to a certain degree.
My updated predictions:
Infamous SS DLC, PS4; gameplay trailer; September 2014
Order 1886, PS4; stage demo; February 2015
GG new IP, PS4; story trailer with some gameplay, not CG; 2015
TLOU Remastered, PS4; launch trailer; release: June 13th 2014 (god that's uncreative)
Project Beast, PS4; gameplay trailer and playable demo on the showfloor; December 2014 (date's most likely false but what the heck 
)
Uncharted 4, PS4; story trailer with some gameplay; Holiday 2015
some more for points:
Destiny; stage demo; September 2014
FFXV; story trailer; 2015 (fingers crossed)
Batman Arkham Knight; gameplay trailer; March 2015

Maybe, since project beast was leaked they might need some of the first partys to pretend like their not going to E3 for a surprise (although i doubt it)
My hype levels are kinda low atm 5/10 if GG and MM wont be there then we know pretty much 80% of what sony will be bringing
Wasn't there something about Team Ninja having something for the ps4 while back?
