Have you tried plugging the cords into the controllers first before turning anything on so the PS4s connect to the right contollers? It might work.

I'm not at the LAN, just watching a livestream. Apparently it's a bluetooth issue because the PS4 controller always utilizes bluetooth, even when wired. Basically because of the dozens of controllers and hundreds of cellphones at the event the controllers can't connect to the PS4s, at all.

and some people thought I was strange because I like my gaming controllers to have cords....

 

I hope sony fixes that issue. Hmm I wonder if they turn off some of the phones or wireless crap, they might work.

Don't know exactly, but I'd say at the very least 30.

Apparently controllers either don't connect at all or there's a huge delay, pic below of what a player is saying:

So far the tournament has been underway for almost 6 hours and only 2 series have been played on the livestream. The absolute max a series can take if everything goes well is 45 minutes.
