True, but then a mod would notice, and come in with a heavy hand with some arbitrary rule that no active person cared about.

I don't see what could possibly be delayed at this point, as far as 2015 games go
One thing that'd ruffle my feathers is no more Vita games on PS+ from now on

Yes she did, it's on her wall.

Ruffling feathers has, as far as I know only a negative meaning, it means annoying someone. A TLG announcement would majorly surprise me, I don't know what they would have to announce about that so close after E3.

I mean we could also look at it from the other way, maybe a third party series that used to be multiplat will have a new game announced exclusive for PS4, so the ruffled feathers would be from the other parties. Kinda doubt that's it though.

I have difficulties thinking of what Sony could want to announce that would geniunely be negative outside of a game delay, maybe raising the price on PS+?

They haven't got anything major left to delay. They have release windows for their biggest spring games, but that is it.

I think it will be price and/or service related.  Some kind of subscription going up or down in price, EA Access being made available, something like that.
