Depends on what games you have and who you are. I am married with kids. Only like playing local multiplayer or Stragey games. Sold my PS3 for a Wii U and delighted with the decision, but I made a profit on my ps3, and my wife plays the Wii U games with me, as well as having a controller to play it on when the tv is in use, and my long awaited dual screen COD local multiplayer dream has now come true.

So, theres no games you will want to replay ever again?

I dont sell my consoles. I would lose acess to my favorite games. I find myself enjoying less and less games, but i still enjoy the ones i like alot. I keep a 360 so i can replay Tales of Vesperia or Fallout 3 whenever i want, for example.
I'm suer that at this pace, there will come a time when i'm no longer interested in the games beeing made (Shooter overload). At that point, i will just go back and play the good games and ignore the crap that comes out.

Its actually already starting to happen with JRPG's. There was hardly anything releasing in the last 2 gens that holds a candle to the stuff released on the PS1 era.

Personally, I wouldn't sell it. My reasons would be: a) PS plus free games b) The amazing games that I have yet to experience on the system, but of course that's your decision in the end.

I wouldn't sell if your not going to get anything else, never no when you may want to pick it up and play it.

No, hold on to it for at least another year or two. Consider selling it AFTER 2016 at the very least. I'm sure they'll be more games coming out in 2014 and 2015 not to mention DLC for titles that released back in late 2013.

Even if you no longer use it, you might ONE DAY want to play it in the future and play it for nostalgia purposes. Some people actually keep their older consoles. They give them to their kids/family members as presents, etc.

The only reason for selling something is if you really need the money for an emergency.

Then again, it's really up to you.

If it's your only 7th gen console (other than the Wii) then keep it.
