Some of my favorites are The Last Blade, Super Smash Bros. Melee, SoulCalibur II, and Fighters Destiny.

But my all-time favorite is probably Super Street Fighter II for SNES. Great presentation, great stages and characters, and the console-specific modes are dynamite.

One can seriously have a lot of fun with Chaos! I remember that after I completed the main story of SA2, I probably spent another 150h training and goofing around with mah Chaos

The King of Fighter for me. Favorite game of the series would be KOF 2001. Second place would go to Tekken series, specially Tekken 3. But there are several gems that aren't include in the poll: Fatal Fury, Samurai Shodown, Garou: Mark of The Wolves, Kizuna Encounter...
