Nah...its 3 XB360 instead of 4 XBones now,

i'm wondering how could TEH CLOUD is getting weaker and weaker,

Exactly.  In fact, the AI bots are basically canon fodder and not really smart opponents.  It was basically a way to hype up the cloud when it was something that could have been done on local HW.  In truth, even in the future (when we have faster, more stable internet), it will still be much easier to just do it with local HW.  Just imagine how powerful the next round of systems will be by then.
