sorry for linking a lets player he sounds like a twat, but yeah was a megadrive action RPG, was the best non Sonic game to Feature him IMO, fantastic story that game had... really made you feel like you were a monster.

When you click reply to someone, ya know all that formatting tools that appears? the very last icon is to insert media, if you pop a youtube url into that and don't touch the rest of the properties it works most of the time, sometimes it just borks up tho and I've no idea why lol, it's best to use preview to see if it would work before clicking submit.

Sonic racing transformed is probably the best one, but i liked Sonic Riders and at the time Sonic R.

Oh 3D blast is considered a spin-off? Then i have to vote on that one instead. Saturn version. I know its not a perfect game but the graphics and soundtrack were amazing.
