Everything else will still be there to play long after the libraries fill out and the consoles are cheaper.

I usually say PS4 for people who are on the fence about it but it looks like leaning more to the X1 so i'd say go with that and if later you're still interested you can get a PS4.

Im getting either one as a gift, price doesnt matter to me.
