Yes.  This is the year of every little niche Japanese game on Vita releasing in the west.  Make the most of it!

Blame japanese publishers that asks developpers to optimize the game without thinking about late localizations because it won't happen anyway.

Check the blogs for fan translation, you'll see translatorsd ranting about the terrible optimization (especially at namco bandai, but saw one about type 0 too)

Looks fake, especially since the title is wrong. The Vita version of the game is called Tales of Hearts R.
