Exactly. Plus lets be honest here if any company needed restructuring it's MS's xbox division. From what happened at E3 to way indie devs were handled it's clear some changes and restructing need to be made.
Now we just sit and wait for lay offs at Nintendo, EA, Activision and Ubisoft... Preferably EA.
