Terrible news and I hope they can all recover. Though this should also be a learning lesson, layoffs happen all the time. No matter how successful your company is, restructuring is normal. It's not a sign of d00m.

Exactly. Plus lets be honest here if any company needed restructuring it's MS's xbox division. From what happened at E3 to way indie devs were handled it's clear some changes and restructing need to be made.
