As others have said:

Move is better at registering the "movement" of the controller (think Zelda: Skyward Sword or Wii Sports Resort)

While Wiimotes are better as pointer controllers (Metroid Prime trilogy, Wii-Call of Dutys)

That is certainly not what I've experienced.

Maybe mine are faulty or something.

I´m going by my own experience ...and what many people agree on.

I had to re centre the move controller constantly and it felt....less precise .

*shrug*

which games did you play might i ask? i see alot of people say that. But I have KZ3 and that is the BEST example of pointer controls for Mveo and its works better than anything else i played on the system and any FPS game on the Wii.

Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles.  ....it could have been the game, but It didn´t feel as responsive on the PS3 .

*shrugs again*

That doesnt surprise Capcom just putting out a quick and dirty port. Which is funny because their Move version of RE 5 was actually good. All im trying to say is one cannot really judge Move if you just played one game. From my time with both devices it seems that it really is up to the dev. like i said KZ3 works like a dream but HOTD overkill is a bit wonky. Ive played some Wii games that werent great either. GE for Wii sucked unless you really sat down and tweaked the controls. IMHO from my experience, pointer wise, they are pretty much the same.

Move is more accurate, but the Wii Remote Plus has betrer execution in games (Skyward Sword specifically)

Would just like to thank everyone for their answers, really appreciated. Seem from the answers and poll results that they are about as good(or bad), but works a bit differently and are optimized for their games in such a way that they both work well.

So I guess I might pick up a Move later on. :)
