I don't see PS4 making up the gap that PS3 will build up in the first 9 months of the year. And 3DS and 360 are already well behind PS3. So I think PS3 will take the software sales prize for 2014.

With the advantage it already has and the advantage it will gain in the next months, I think the PS3 will win this year in software sales.

It's about 70m behind the 360 currently and only gained on it by about 20m this year.

PS3 will likley win from the the 7th gen systems (and overall), PS4 from the 8th gen, and the Vita 3DS from the handhelds.
