I only have evidence from one retailer here in New Zealand, so it's not much on the one hand, but it is interesting and could be a thing at least in countries where PS4 supply >/= demand.

Since the Feb shipment of PS4s to NZ retailers have always had PS4 in stock. So there are no supply constraints here. We are a tiny market so that doesn;t mean supply issues don't still factor on a global scale. But becasue we have no supply contraints here we may be benefitting from price competition between PS4 and Xb one.

Standard PS4 price here is $648 (incl tax); less tax = JPY 50233 or USD$487. Launch Xb one price here was $748 (incl tax); less tax = USD$563.

TF bundle is $698 (incl tax).

Infamous Bundle has been fairly widely advertised at $698 (that's the price I paid > ).

Recent promotions at at least one retailer (JB Hi Fi) is selling PS4 + Infamous OR Knack (lol) OR KZ:SF for $648. That's right Sony (or the retailer) is giving away a first party title for free. This then keeps PS4 + game at a $50 price advantage to Xb one + game.

I imagine in countries where PS4 is still supply constrained Sony is not going to give away even a first party title because people will buy PS4 + game at a higher price. I also doubt USA or Canada are likely to see this sort of deal for PS4 even if supply catches up with demand because Sony is already selling at a loss at the current price. Whereas in NZ (and no doubt most other markets) PS4 is selling at something of a profit so there is margin for giving away first party titles and still maintaining a slight profit or a very small loss.

So is anyone else seeing first party bundles at the standard PS4 price?

Once supply has meet the demand they will make sure they keep the upper hand on MS. If that means a bundled game or a price cut. Sony has the upper hand here, the only way MS can really get out of the situation they are in is to dump kinect.

Hence the question mark in the OP. It's more likely to be a retailer vs. retailer competition thing if it's limited to New Zealand. But if free 1st party PS4 games are across multiple markets then it's more likely to be a Sony thing. That's why I'm interested in whether a free game is being seen on other countries.

Well as far as I know, there is nothing like that in Canada. We aren't a big market either, but then again, we still have PS4 stock problems. They recently raised the price by $50 here, so now the PS4 costs $449, whereas the X1 Titanfall bundle costs $499. The Infamous PS4 bundle costs $519 so X1 with a game has become cheaper here.  SoI think those offers in NZ are specific to the retailers. If they were from Sony then we would have heard something official from Sony.
