Forums - Microsoft - Ask VGchartz #3: How Long Have You Subscribed to Xbox Live?

About 4 years. Never quite sure if I got my money's worth and almost didn't re-up for this year.

But then I got some free games and tv shows out of it, so I was happy :)

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

6 years. I didn't play games online during the PS2/Xbox era.

4/5 years, don't love anything about it, but I need it to play online, and no it doesn't bother me.

2007. What hooked me initially was how it connected me to everybody else. Even in single player games. I was seeing what other people were doing in their games, I was reading other people's profiles, people in Fable II were giving me money, I was comparing Achievements--the online aspect and the games and console just worked together so well. I guess "integration" is the word I was looking for. Heck, at one time, I was able to see what people were watching on Netflix and then jump in and watch with them!

Anyway, it was pretty cool.

5 years, should be 6 soon. Played enough Halo throughout those years to justify it.

I will permaban myself if the game releases in 2014.

in reference to KH3 release date

6 years. Constant. And 3 years Constant to Xbox Music.

going on 10 years non stop... and loving everything about it so far... best online experience ever I had across any platform... every new addition is refreshing... and it's got room for even more improvement... if PC could offer a uniformed quality experience like XBL has proven to be over the years for me I would gladly pay a subscription for it....

to me Steam has nothing on XBL and I'm not even talking about other online gaming stores/services

Will be 10 years this Christmas.

Party chat was great when it first came out, especially when playing partner Uno :P

On and off about 10 years. Halo 2 pulled me in. My favorite parts are the stability, easily communicating with friends no matter what game they're playing, media features and ACHIEVEMENTS!!
