Valkyria Chronicles without a doubt.

Probably only Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. Big shocker, only the Zelda games.

I always keep everything so if I want to replay something I just go play the original version. On top of that I think PS360 games are already graphically 'good enough' anyway so there's really no need. Personally I also think they shouldn't do any remakes or upgraded re-releases until there's at least a full generation in between the releases (so 7th gen for 5th games, 8th gen for 6th gen games etc.) because there's usually just too little difference.

White Knight Chronicles 2 because they'd bring back online. Other than that, I'd only be interested in games I don't own. The Last of Us, Dark Souls 2, and Far Cry 3.  I haven't purchased Far Cry 3 because the entire game runs sub 30fps with screen tearing.  I'd buy an HD remake for that game to have stable framerate with no screen tearing.

Are we talking remasters or remakes? Or something in between like Wind Waker HD?

I'm not a huge fan of remasters, but a few games could benefit from a full remake:

Red Steel
Heavenly Sword
Perfect Dark Zero

There's no games on the Wii I would definitely buy if they were upgraded graphically and I find that the best PS360 games still look gorgeous. I would rather see more remakes from the PS2/GC era.

Also, an hd remake of skyward sword could be nifty as it was graphically over ambitious for the wii.

Most of them since I only buy great games.

 Particularly Mirror's Edge, Resonance of Fate, FFXIII Saga, Nier, Motorstorm 2 and 3 and Bayonetta.
