Probably only Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. Big shocker, only the Zelda games.
I always keep everything so if I want to replay something I just go play the original version. On top of that I think PS360 games are already graphically 'good enough' anyway so there's really no need. Personally I also think they shouldn't do any remakes or upgraded re-releases until there's at least a full generation in between the releases (so 7th gen for 5th games, 8th gen for 6th gen games etc.) because there's usually just too little difference.
