It would be a gigantic mistake if they didn't release Morpheus on PC. There is a ton of potential in it. If I was Sony, I wouldn't be limiting an amazing piece of technology to just the PS4.

I honestly think this whole thing will completely depend on price to achieve success. We may be okay paying upwards of $300 for the device, but for it to get mainstream success I really don't think it can be priced any higher than $200. The main reason being you need the PS4 and camera to play it, which combined cost another $460 and we haven't even bought any games yet.

Unless they will have a hefty profit per unit, what is there in it for Sony to release it for PC?

In the last week, several people mentioned morpheus to me. These were the type of people that HAVE NO IDEA what e3 is, what the Dreamcast was, etc. etc. I.e. they were casuals that don't spend time on forums/websites. That fact alone means that the average person will be very aware of morpheus.

If 1/10 PS4 owners buy one then that is a success.
