I think CoD won't die... CoD will be the next CoD.

Now in terms of sales Destiny will be the next big thing... Bundle + Activision = pushing sales at CoD level.

Titanfall won't be close to that in terms of sales.

I still think Infamous will outsell Titanfall.

how can something that only manages to 2:1 infamouse stand a chance at COD dom, BF4, COD Ghosts, and GTA destroyed these sales a year ago.

Because it's a new Ip and it sold a more than a known Ip 2:1

These sales predictions are going to be ass now that the consoles are set up for digital. I have gotten all but one game digital on my X1, and I'm sure the same is true for PS4 owners. A lot of people like 'having the boxes in their collection,' but I like switching between games without switching out disks. I'm sure a lot of people are the same. Wonder what's going to happen to this sort of sales prediction going forward.

But I'm pretty sure ms and sony have the capabilities to see how many people have bought the games digitally in total

i suggest gamers and stock holders, npd and etc start demanding they start officially posting the numbers up!

I wonder if my 2 copies of ISS count as 2 sales (my first was corrupt disk and had to be returned to amazon), Infamous was never gonna sell as many as an online multiplay game included with a special offer limited time, cheaper console bundle.

A few of my work mates have it though and claim it's a really good game so fair play to em, i'm glad as i have bought Xbox 360, Xbox one and PS4 version of Battlefield 4 so therefore have lost all rights to slag EA off for releasing incomplete below par games.

Titanfall is/was overhype and the rediculous reviews only further proof of that... Sales were really good as expected from that hype...

With PS+ and games with gold I find it best to buy all games physical. Then in a year or two you get a free digital copy.

Also I remember hearing at one time or another that digital sales on AAA games are still really small. Hopefully vgchartz software numbers start including digital before that changes.

So wait, when they say "week" do they mean just sales on Friday, or an entire 7 days? Last time I checked, Infamous: SS has only been out for 4 days now.
