As I said, they should go for the top thing right out of the gate. Asking for folders would be reasonable, and if they got lucky Nintendo could respond. That would lead to more media coverage and more "members." As it stands it will probably just end up as an awkward at gathering the Nintendo crowd. 

 

Nothing is impossible though. If this thing gets noticed on miiverse and by some larger news sites this movement might even make it into the second phase.

If they did a thunderclap thing, i would do. But theres is actuallya better way to show that they want more of theses games: buy them on VC. If mario keeps outpacing everyone of them, they sure would release more mario than anything.

Actually, i'm not sure, but if i remenber, they make Sin and Punishment 2 because of the sales of the first one on VC, and bombed hard, so, yeah, there is no much hope

It doesn't seem like too many will be joining in, so I doubt they'll be getting a good result. Heck, they would be lucky to get an official stance!  And if nothing happends, the ones joining in now are going to drop off. Therefore I'm sad they picked this one first. Getting folders shouldn't be much work for Nintendo, and results would be fuel for the movement, meaning more people joining in. I don't see them making Starfox because 400 Nintendo fans on twitter spams them for a day or two. Bad planning IMO.

That's the thing, the stuff they're requesting is totally resonable. Folders, media playback, on screen notifications, etc. This is basic stuff Nintendo should have put in by now.

i don't really think online multiplayer is too viable unless it could be made peer-to-peer and even then, that requires changing the game's coding. I don't think any Playstation classics have online multiplayer. Only a few official remakes have online multiplayer. The other stuff aside from cross game chat is fairly reasonable

I won't be partaking in this because, first, I just don't have the time, and second, I avoid Twitter like the plague.

I do wish them the best, though. Passionate fans are always a good thing (Operation Rainfall) and I hope their efforts pay off.

And in any case, the only way this has a very slim chance to work is if literally millions of people participate in this "Redirect", and that won't happen.
