It is. But there's a matter of time we have to account for here. I'm talking about Feb and early March, they're talking about this past week. 


Feb NPD showed more availability than Jan NPD though.


Didn't Sony say that they pushed January shipments into December to satisfy the holiday demand? That would explain why February had more stock than January.

impressive sales MS. more impressive Xbone sales in 2 countries out of the 13 it's currently lauched in though.
good week.

But it seems teh Xbone is still DOOOMED. 0 sales in Japan :P
but seriously, did titanfall only release in 2 countries?

Well considering Titanfall was their only big system seller "exclusive " this year with a remake of Halo 2 and yet it didnt close the gap, yeah , i imagine they must be disappointed with all that money spent in marketing to hype the game on XB1.

Question, is the Titanfall code that is given away with xbox one sales tracked by VGC? or could have titanfall sold an extra 100K+ this week taking into account the bundled code?

I wouldn't call it downplay. Roughly four months after launch and looking at the numbers, we see that XBox One has basically retreated into its two main markets: NA and UK. And in both markets, the console loses money ($450 with free game in both areas) to stay ahead. That is not really encouraging at this time.

Dark Souls doing amazingly! I predicted 700k (PS3) + 300k (360). My predictions are going to be correct, let's just see how it does in Europe.

And congrats XB1, deserved a good week at last!

Good to see X1 with solid numbers on Titanfall release...

Good to see PS4 continues to sell solid...

Good to see that new solid games on PS3/360 (Dark Souls II) still sell well...

This is good news for the industry and great news for gamers... Competition is good, and support of the old products will continue!
