Number of reviews. For TR for example the X1 version has 16 reviews, the PS4 version has 53. Scores can also be affects by each consoles "private" reviews, such as the PS magazine and Xbox magazine (one could give a game a 6, the other a 9. That score will only affect 1 version of the game, so it can warp the score further).

It is because the PS4 version has more revewis that's all. Kind of how the PS3 version of games scored higher than some 360 games because the 360 version had more reveiws than the PS3 version of the gmae if I am not mistaken.

It should be pretty similar and the only explanation is that there is more review on PS4. Another explanation would be the experience is effectively better on Xbox One (other than those obsessed with resolution/frame rate) with a different controller, Xbox Live integration, Kinect maybe?

Now, having the same scores (on average); it is obviously showing that the difference in resolution/frame rate for the multiplatform is really not a big deal like few people are claiming.

The idea that XB1 is getting better scores for it's controller has no basis given that no reviewer that reviewed both platforms has given higher score to XB1 for the controls.

I thought that the DS4 is way better than the Xbone controller, but if you say so then I change my mind!

Less reviews, Xbone exclusive sites giving higher scores, there may be many reasons.

I'm not trying to change anybody's mind. Sorry if it came across that way. Just stating my opinion.
